ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Trish Leichty, MD is a writer and healing educator that has dedicated her life’s work to uncovering the conditioned beliefs and stories within the systems of family, culture, and religion that have separated us from the mystery of being human and the divine truth of radical love. She studied medicine at Rush Medical College in Chicago and has continued her training through her own personal healing journey and empowering countless women to break free from the devastating cycles of shame, fear, and self-hatred through coaching and teaching.

She is loving Colorado life under the sunny skies and near the Rocky Mountains with her husband, Chad, and their pack of children, grandchildren, and mini goldendoodles.
