ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Sally Pasieka is a professional Massage Therapist and now author of her memoir, Just Breathe. Sally graduated from the 1998 New York State Program at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. She is nationally certified and licensed in both Connecticut and New York for over twenty years. Sally is a Mother, Wife, Sister, Daughter, Auntie, Cousin and friend. Sally has been studying life through her observations while using muscle memories as a map to the highways in her mind. A lifetime of journaling weaved into compelling sacred moments. Born and raised in Middletown, Connecticut, home to Wesleyan University.
