ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Emily Ayars Smith has been a lifelong writer and as a child, she kept her best material hidden in a shoebox under her bed. Writing a book (and having it read by real people, not dust bunnies) was always on her mind, and now, with The Gift of The Devil, it became a reality. As a single mother, she graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Healthy Lifestyle Coaching, with one goal: to help people question everything that hurts. She is now married to her best friend and George Clooney look-alike, Loren. Together they have 5 children.
